Khamenei says max pressure led to US 'humiliation'

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that despite hardships brought about by Washington's maximum pressure strategy, Iran’s economy is enduring.

During a speech to business executives and manufacturers, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei addressed some of the economic issues the country has faced under sanctions.

“The endurance of manufacturers in the face of the economic attack and attempts by the enemy to prevent the sale of oil and gas and cut access to currency, and plans to close foreign exchanges with Iran is, in reality, a jihad and one of the greatest acts of service.”
