في نوفمبر الماضي أعلن الرئيس المصري دعمه للجيش السوري ، ونشرت تقارير صحفية تقول بأن مصر لديها طلائع عسكرية على الأراضي السورية ، ورفض المتحدث باسم الجيش السوري التعليق على هذه التقارير وقال " الأفضل أن يرد الجانب المصري.
